sagnik Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Hello sir, I'm trying to setup cloudflare with my domain. I think everything is working fine but when I visit the site with www, "http://www.Netmate.cu.cc", I'm getting "ERROR 1000", anyone please guide me to setup cloudflare?? Ok, solve it. I've just updated the nameservers from my domain registrar and the problem was solved. But why the www subdomain is giving a blank page?
Luigi123 Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
Krydos Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 www isn't a subdomain, but rather it should be set up as a cname pointed at your main domain, in this case netmate.cu.cc. You may need to contact cloudflare for support if www works on our nameservers, but doesn't on cloudflares.
sagnik Posted April 7, 2017 Author Posted April 7, 2017 Sir, I've just tried to disable the www CNAME record from CloudFlare, but no change. I'm still getting the blank page when visiting the site "http://www.netmate.cu.cc". The "www" automatically prepends to "netmate.cu.cc" when I'm typing "netmate.cu.cc".
Krydos Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Does it work when your nameservers are set to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org?
Krydos Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Ok, I'll take a look at it when you change it http://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=netmate.cu.cc&rec=NS
sagnik Posted April 7, 2017 Author Posted April 7, 2017 Ok, I'll do it right now...Done. I've changed the nameservers.
Krydos Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 This is most likely the problem: www 14400 IN CNAME www.netmate.cu.cc.cdn.cloudflare.net. When you go to http://www.netmate.cu.cc.cdn.cloudflare.net/ you get a 500 error which explains why you get a 500 error when you go to http://www.netmate.cu.cc/
sagnik Posted April 8, 2017 Author Posted April 8, 2017 But now I've changed the nameservers to HelioHost. So why I'm still getting a blank page?
sagnik Posted April 8, 2017 Author Posted April 8, 2017 Ok, let me try... Ok, I've changed the CNAME record for "www.netmate.cu.cc" from "www.netmate.cu.cc.cdn.cloudflare.net" to "netmate.cu.cc"
Krydos Posted April 10, 2017 Posted April 10, 2017 Marking this solved since you switched back to cloudflare nameservers again.
