cwilson
Original account domain: cwilson.heliohost.orgRequested new main domain: cwilson.gaUsername: cwilson Attempted to use the "change main domain" script/link. Understand it's stated can take 24 hours or so for change to go into effect. However, when go to heliohost.org "Account Status" link, it says "Your account has been created, and your main domain cwilson.ga is ready to go.". Problem is that domain I want as main domain (cwilson.ga) does not show-up in cpanel or any settings (dns/ect), only cwilson.heliohost.org does. Domain cwilson.ga was originally set as an addon- domain, then deleted before trying "change main domain" script. However, after seeing above mentioned message on "Account Status" page, and cwilson.ga not showing in cpanel, I tried adding it as an addon-domain again - to no avail, as I get error message that it is already listed in the DNS Cluster. Any help in properly making cwilson.ga my account's main domain would be highly appreciated....THANK YOU, in advance :-}

Krydos
Our change main domain script is still located on our classic site http://heliohost.org/classic , and we haven't yet written a new versions for our new site https://www.heliohost.org . Basically, our old change main domain script is dumb, and doesn't check for any possible errors before it tries to change the main domain. The most common error is the domain already existing as an addon or parked domain. If the domain already exists in the system the old change main domain script ignores the returned error message and our database shows your main domain as being changed, but cpanel does not. Krydos
Ah, here's the actual problem. You have two accounts which violates our Terms of Service http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms Quote Each person is allowed to have one account unless permitted in writing by an administrator of HelioHost. Please delete one or the other with http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete and then we will help you. Failure to delete one of the two accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
cwilson
Sorry about that :-[ Actually a co-worker and I, and didn't realize he had it tried originally under account username "cw4908", as we intertwine a lot in the office - explains what I was seeing under both accounts as different errors trying to fix this. To follow your TOS, avoid conflicts, or suspicions, and since we are working on same together, I deleted the "cwilson" account. As to domain issue on "cwilson.ga", that solved server issue as well :-) Was able to just add it back to "cw4908" account as add-on domain! Just now await "Account Queued" page to fade away, LOL! Again, SORRY for the misunderstanding, our error, and your time looking into the issue; and we THANK YOU for the help!
