I would like to ask for war deployment:

War name: portfolio

Can You please try one more time.

I changed manually filename, and forgot to add ".war" extension.

Can You please deploy now:

username: wochnikm

war name: ROOT.war (or if it cannot be ROOT.war then I will change, but I would prefer it in root path)

I tried deploying it on ostudio.heliohost.org (without the /ROOT/) and it didn't work either.
