Hi all, I want to access the FTP via software on windows, but I do not know the default password cPanel of johnny.heliohost.org. How do I solve this? Thank you.

FTP uses the same username and password you use for cpanel. If you forgot it, go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ and click reset password.
