I just created a tommy account and uploaded the files from a stevie backup.

 

Now I am trying to setup an addon domain. I changed my A entry to 65.19.143.6 to point to tommy yet i am still getting an error saying: XID fe9thk) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

 

the domain I am trying to add is fcs.com.mt and my username is fcsltd.

 

This domain was setup and working on Stevie with my current name servers, i don't know what i am doing wrong this time round.

Please set your nameservers NS1.heliohost.org and NS2.heliohost.org.

 

The system does not support using A records. If you wish to use it this way, you need to change the NS records, add it, then change them back. Please note that certain functionality in cpanel will not work if you use A records.
