jesse Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 When clicking on the "Validate your email address" link in the Tommy invite, I am redirected to https://www.heliohost.org/signup/username/However, I already created my account with this username and the same email address used on paypal, but I am not currently on any existing server.Receipt Number: 2362-5017-5689-8289Does my existing account need to be deleted to re-use the username and email?
wolstech Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 Does it give an error when you try to go through the whole process? If so, what is the username you're trying to use? Krydos may need to remove it and might need to resend the invite.

wolstech Posted January 11, 2017 Posted January 11, 2017 Probably because of your forum username. You can't create a hosting account that already has a forum user with the same name. I renamed you to jesse2. I don't see a hosting account with that name, so you should be good there. Try it now. Once it's created, I can change your forum name back.
