I have a problem because my backup archive is empty. Can you help me?

I assume you have the 45 byte empty tar.gz file...the backup for your account failed. Added to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26930-manual-backup-master-list/

 

Krydos will attempt to recover it manually the next time we turn Stevie on. Anything he manages to recover will be added to the backup system for you to download.
