I have tried to sighn up a couple of time using arrowdevweb as a user name and cannot get access yet. I'm not sure if I am missing password? May I please get an invite to open a new account please? It looks like I should be on Tommie (for reliability)

I successfully downloaded the web site and so I'm ready to reset - great work on the script / recovery guys! Many Thanks for your help

Your free to create your Tommy account with your old Stevie information. Once it's created, Krydos will need to assign the ip.

Your Helionet display name has been changed from azmender2 to azmender22 until you've registered. Post back and we can change it again.

Hi Byron,

Thank you for the Tommy invite!!

It recognizes the old user name but does not recognize the old password. I may have locked myself out.....I tried the last 3 passwords too. (Yeah I keep old passwords just in case of glitched)

So I tried to reset the password ...and it gives a strange "Hint: z—i@o—d.com": and does not recognize my email. My client and I use yahoo and gmail = none of our emails match this hint.

Can you please reset the password for me? Do you need more info for verification? Many thanks Again!

Did you create yourself a new account with the invite yet? I'm not seeing this domain (azseniorservices.com) created yet.

Just sent in a request to transfer ip address from Stevie to Tommy, so in this case - without Stevie IP, what IP address/Port would I input with using...Filezilla? (I uploaded the minimum website via Cpanel File Manger ..so I am just asking out of curiosity)

Thanks,

Gloria

FileZilla has a hard time with Tommy and (new) Johnny because it tries FTPS by default (which for some reason doesn't work on every account...), so if you have trouble with leaving the port blank, try either port 21 (plain FTP, insecure) or SFTP (most secure) using the following instructions from Krydos:

  • Open Filezilla
  • Click File >> Site Manager
  • Click New Site
  • Type "Tommy SFTP" and press enter
  • In Host field type "tommy.heliohost.org"
  • In Port field type "1342"
  • In Protocol dropdown select "SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol"
  • In Logon Type dropdown select "Normal"
  • In User field type your cPanel username
  • In Password field type your cPanel password
  • Click Connect
  • Approve the remote server key, and check the box to not ask you about this server again.

Was having trouble with not Filezilla showing directors and timing out stumbled on this and the SFTP worked for me. Thanks.
