Delete Domain

I would like to delete my account from Stieve in order to be able to transfer my domain to Johnny.

domain: madadipouya.com

I created a Johnny account and tried to change the domain via the script but after 48 hours, it didn't take any effect and my site is still is running on free Heliohost subdomain which I believe that is because my main domain (madadipouya.com) previously set to Stieve server.
