mroot Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 I'm getting this error when adding domains: (XID 6nbvtd) A DNS entry for "mockroot.tk" already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Can you please delete this domain? So I can register. Thank you.
bdistler Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 the domain [ mockroot.tk ] points to a other host with IP address of [ 153.92.15.171 ] At your domain provider's (registrar's) Web site - change DNS [NS] records to the ones for Heliohost you need to be sure both (2) are entered (without the square brackets) - and only these two (2) [ ns1.heliohost.org ] [ ns2.heliohost.org ]
wolstech Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 @bdistler: Byron or Krydos needs to remove that domain on our end. The "You must remove this DNS entry" message is always a root admin fix. You are right though, his domain is also currently pointed to 000's servers, so even when a root admin fixes it, it still won't work until he follows your instructions and adds the domain. 1
