I have tried to open my site or cPanel but there is no response.

I don't know what happened.

For Johnny, just sign up again. Registrations open every night at midnight UTC and fill quickly. For Tommy, you have to donate, and an invite to sign up on tommy will be emailed to your Paypal or skill email address.
