Stevie Backup - 404 Not Found

Dear Helionet Team,

I just tried to get my backup from stevie with https://heliohost.org/backup with username:tarock and my email and got a link. Yippe.

But when I try to get the file I only get an 404 not found error.

 

Could you please help.

Thanks a lot - mysql is not needed. Just files.

How do I know, when you booted it again? And where can i try to get my Files? From https://heliohost.org/backup again?
