[Solved] Stevie Backup Didn't Work

I entered my username and email at https://heliohost.org/backup/. It said an email was sent, but I checked my inbox and didn't receive one. I don't have a spam filter, and I've recieved mail from no-reply@heliohost.org before without a problem. Can an admin send the backup link manually? My username and email are the same on my Stevie account and here on the Helionet forum.
