[Solved] Want To Change My Account From Stevie To Tommy

Due to Stevie's current problems, I would like to change my account to Tommy. When I try to do so, I get an "account unavailable" message, though.

 

Could you reset my username, domain and any required setup so I can reuse them in Tommy.

 

username: infantex

server: Stevie

domain: infantex.com.mx

Thanks. I already openned my account on Tommy with the username infantex and the domain infantex.com.mx.

 

My login for the forums was changed to infantex2 (I guess to make infantex available), can it be changed back to infantex?

 

I don't know if it matters but the recovery email for the new account is different than the email for the forums because cPanel didn't accept an email on the same domain.
