Softaculous Backup On Stevie Question

Hi, I've been reading up on what's happening on Stevie and am rooting for you guys to get him back up.

 

I have a Softaculous backup of my Wordpress site in its latest state on Stevie; I don't have a local copy of that backup unfortunately. Will you guys be able to recover that if you can access the files on Stevie?

 

If so, do you have an estimate of when you'd be able to do that?

Yes, we should be able to backup all of your files once the mail arrives in California.

You'll just need to download it. We haven't exactly figured out how that will work. When Johnny broke I managed to get FTP to work so people could download their own backups through FTP, but that probably won't work on Stevie.
