[Solved] Tommy Account Creation

Good evening,

 

I’ve just registered for an account on Tommy and it said it was good to go but I’m having trouble logging in to the cpanel (invalid login/password reset). I would also like to transfer my domain (www.rockyglaciers.co.uk) over to this account from Stevie, is this possible?

 

New username: rockygla

Old username: rockygl

You can't log in because your account was never created. Here's the error that your account creation encountered:

I have requeued your account. Are you able to log in now?
