My site mistfloway.heliohost.org stopped working about a week ago. When i try to go on it, the browser loaded for a long time and eventually nothing loads.
When i try to Login on the page http://www.heliohost.org/classic/login to access the cPanel the page load very very long time and eventually not loading too. Browser says that cannot install connection with the server stevie.heliohost.org:2082

There are some problems with server. Stevie started to crash after 6 years without warning and no one knows why. Until owner fixes it (probably in January or February), you can create new account on Johnny or Tommy and restore backup if you have it. Account creation on Johnny is free while Tommy is currenly in beta and only way to get account on it is by donating at least $1 or waiting to get free invitation.

 

If you don't have any backup, you will need to wait until server is fixed to get it.

Can I get my last file backup on Stevie server?

Admins can't access server because it's down so there is no way to get backup from Stevie.
