I just made the donation by paypal. I need to move my account on Stevie to Tommy.

I received a confirmation email and create an account again with the same username and password

 

With those credentials I try to login at

http://www.heliohost.org/classic/login

and

http://tommy.heliohost.org:2082/login/

but I get an "invalid user" message.

What i'm doing wrong?

Woah, that's really weird. Somehow your account got submitted without a username, or a domain. I don't even know how that is possible. I have sent you a new Tommy invite to try creating your account again.

I registered again but by mistake I put the icgit.heliohost.org domain. I need my domain to be www.icgit.com.uy. I made the change through http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain but it tells me that it can take up to 48hs. Can you change it faster?

The only way to change your username is to delete the account and recreate it.
