[Solved] Error 500 When Trying To Signup For Tommy

I've received an invitation for Tommy (the email address is the same I use here at the forum) and when I'm pressing the link it says:

 

 

Please be patient. I am now doubling your maximum storage space from 500mb to 1000mb which can take a minute or two.

 

 

 

And then:

 

 

www.heliohost.org is currently unable to handle this request.

That means you have a Stevie account using the same email address that you made the donation with. The system assumes you're trying to validate the existing account, and then fails because Stevie is offline. We can either change the email address on your Stevie account, or resend the invitation to another email address. How would you like to proceed?

I'm gonna delete the account when I'm able to anyway.

 

Also, I had the domain deny.cf on stevie.

 

Could you please delete that too so I can add it again?
