I have only accessed cpanel on my site, I have never actually viewed my website yet. Does accessing and loading cpanel pages use bandwidth?

I haven't uploaded any files, but I have created an HTML file from cpanel. Since it came into existence there, and wasn't transfered, did that take up bandwidth?

HTML files are like 50 KB... I honestly don't know how the new file manager works with bandwidth but I know using cPanel doesn't take bandwidth.

If you dont mind me asking what is "ftp" ?

File transfer protocol. It's a program that can transfer files faster than the actual file manager online, so it's a very handy tool.

If you don't know what FTP is you probably shouldn't be using this service.

Im using this service to get a free domainas a present to give to my University friend.Who has had difficult times with her mum and dad died in a car crash.

I'm sure. If you care so much, why not just buy a domain instead of spamming our forums for one?

Ouch. But that's true, if you feel bad for a friend, try going to your friends, our asking for donations, or buying a domain name, instead of spamming our forums. I am sure that if you asked nicely, posted a thread with proper punctuation and grammar djbob could have given you one for free.

Probably not, considering I doubt this kid's telling the truth. If he attended a university, as he claims he does, then he would know way better grammar.

Not only that but I'm sure he would have money to pay for a 6$ domain.

I, however, am underage. But I have promised to repay djbob for his service when I am capable.

With Snickers bars of course :P

Well, white becomes black, truth becomes lies. It's hard to tell.
