[Solved] Ip Banned

I recently uploaded my Joomla website via FTP and I can no longer access Stevie or FTP so I am guessing my IP was banned. Is there any way this can be unbanned? My user name is au1344 and my IP is 75.118.142.34

server Stevie is currently down - has been up and down for a few days now

You're not banned, the server crashed. It's still down: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ It repeatedly comes up, then crashes a few hours later. Been doing that for several days now.
