Site down, account can't be accessed

For several days now my site kahootcity.com has not been accessible, nor

the cpanel. I understand the stevie server has been down. When I go to

the heliohost site and check my account status, it says it exists but when

I attempt to login in, it fails.

Actually the login works but the website doesn't. To be sure that the server is up, you can use http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ to login.
