Reset Password Not Working

Hello,

I've requested a password reset (for Heliohost), I've completed all steps, but in the end I get an HTTP ERROR 500

instead of the message of completed process.

Could you help me please? I need to login in order to get my account active.

You can't log into a server that's down, nor can you reset the password for accounts on servers that are down.

 

As of right now, Tommy is the only server that is up. Stevie crashed (currently down, comes up after he restarts, but isn't stable, and so far has just crashed again a few hours later) and Johnny is in the middle of a rebuild.
