ShannenName
With this program you can add your entire website and add new scripts/files/anything you want without damaging your actual site! Great for testing new pages or just for a backup of your site! http://www.wampserver.com/en/download.php
Quantum Media LLC
looks like the same thing you get when you download the apache server for home
ShannenName
I will post a screenshot of the menu for you. It Has Apache, PHP, MySQL, PHPMyAdmin and sqlitemanager just like HelioHost so you can test it out like it would on a HelioHost page! Although does not work with Windows ME or 98 but no-one uses them anymore!
Asgard
There are still people that use Windows 98 and ME. I do sometimes. (I really don't like them, but my parents are used to ME, so I can't just put something like Ubuntu on it. >.< ----- Anyway, to be a bit more ontopic, this reminds me a bit of something I've found yesterday: XAMPP. It's a bit bigger than WAMP, but that is because it comes with more stuff. It's pretty useful for testing scripts indeed and it's a bit easier than installing all programs manually. =]

Davidd123
I like Apache2Triad the best. It has a great full control panel, and works very well. Has an easy interface for editing config files, and everything you need to run a site or just test.
