Hi, I've just had the same problem but managed to fix it like this.

 

On the new website under the support tab there is an option for 'account status'. Choose this and put in your username. This will tell you that you are suspended for inactivity and then give you the option to reactivate

Thanks for reporting this issue. We recently changed our homepage and we're still working out a few small kinks. The link in the emails should be updated now.
