AllegraSkye Posted October 3, 2016 Share Posted October 3, 2016 My hosting plan (account name is allegra, which is on Stevie) was discontinued due to inactivity but when I click on the renewal link (http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew) in the email I received, your website automatically loads your home page instead so I'm unable to renew my account. On the new website under the support tab there is an option for 'account status'. Choose this and put in your username.
