I already created a new DB , DB user in cPanel ,added "%" in "Remote MySQL" too.However, when I try to connect DB by using WorkBench, it showed error message : Failed to connect to MYSQL at stevie.heliohost.org:3306 with your user kuraneko_xxxAccess denied for user 'kuraneko_xxx'@36-231-xxx.xxx.dynamic.hinet.... Which step do I miss?
