Connect To Db By Using Workbench

Hi, I am new here.

 

I already created a new DB , DB user in cPanel ,added "%" in "Remote MySQL" too.

However, when I try to connect DB by using WorkBench, it showed error message :

 

Failed to connect to MYSQL at stevie.heliohost.org:3306 with your user kuraneko_xxx

Access denied for user 'kuraneko_xxx'@36-231-xxx.xxx.dynamic.hinet....

 

Which step do I miss?

 

Parameters in workbench :

 

hostname :stevie.heliohost.org

port : 3306

username :kuraneko_xxx

default Schema : kuraneko_mydb

Did you assign the user to the database?

did you assign a IP address [ Step 3: Adjust Settings ] at [ http://wiki.helionet.org/MySQL_Databases ] ?
