Can Not Access My Sql

how can i access my sql from other app like a c# program

my username : megoo22

and my subdomain :engmego

i do not know the server to my sql i have tried http://johnny.heliohost.org:3306

and engmego.heliohost.org:3306

but nothing works

Did you enable remote mysql in cPanel? You need to add the IP you're connecting from in there, or it will refuse the connection. You can add % to allow any IP if you wish.
