The US denied to be part of that by telling that it would affect hist economy. Any smart leader in another country would not readily risk a nuclear bomb dropping into the country if he/she starts a fight with the US........................... So if a country would get in a war against US, most likely many of others would follow. And US is losing a lot of power lately.
