I can't reset my password

Dear ladies and gentleman,

 

unfortunately i am unable to reset the password of my account.

 

Username: an82o

 

I tried to reset the password 4 times. I receive the e-mails with the code

but if i enter the verification code in the c-panel confirmation text box,

nothing happens!

 

Please help me.
