[Solved] Can't Add Access Host

I've been trying to add an access host to my site's database, it says that "The host “%” was added to the access list." but it remains empty. Is this function disabled now?

I added the remote host % to your mysql access list for you. In order to log in to your account I changed your password, and sent a temporary password to your contact email address. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
