geroco Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Heliohost suddenly stopped accepting my password. It also rejected all the temporary passwords I was provided by password reset. Now after the third attempt at resetting my password, I stopped receiving password reset emails by Heliohost all together. Is there any way to get my account back? Quote
Krydos Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Brute force protection blocked you failed login attempts to account geroco (system) -- Large number of attempts from this IPIf you get your password wrong don't continue guessing or you'll get locked out. Can you connect now? Quote
