[Solved] Suspended: Fdominec

Dear administrators, I made a mistake of not logging often enough, and my website http://fdominec.heliohost.org has been suspended. Last time there was no trouble, now I cannot fix it.

 

Repeatedly clicking [Renew account] and filling in my username "fdominec" reports "We're sorry, but that username is not inactive."

 

Checking the status of my account reports optimistically "Your account is active and you can now login at heliohost.org/home/login." So far so good.

 

 

However, three errors persist:

1) the website is still inaccessible (i.e. suspended),

2) trying to log in at the grey screen of http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/ with my credentials always reports in a red box: "The login is invalid.", while I believe I have my password correct, and

 

3) I can not even change my password at http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/resetpass since the form keeps not accepting the confirmation code I receive in my e-mail. Nor clicking the any of the reset links in the emails helps. I just end up at the same form over and over.

 

 

I am starting to believe this may be an error on the side of Heliohost. Or I did not understand something? Could you, please, find out what goes wrong? Thank you a much in advance!
