[Solved] Password Reset

I received the email with the confirmation code to reset my cpanel password but it didn't work, no error either. It just didn't load past the confirmation code page.

 

My username is: micasita

Is capitalization important, if so it might be: MiCasita

 

It's registered on the same email I'm registered with here.

Your username will always be all lowercase: micasita
