@byron Since we lost a lot of data from the ACP make sure you check to see if accounts are suspended. If you check http://lonelion.co.uk/

you can see that it was probably inactive. Just suspend it and unsuspend it to sync up the records again.

 

@alakay You can't reset passwords on accounts that are inactive. That's probably why you aren't getting the password reset emails. I have reactivated your account for you. Can you log in now?
