b. the server my account is : stevie
c. my HelioHost main domain: montegio

I can not access the control panel

I tried to connect , it always fails:

 

Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.

 

Check DB: OK

Delete your database users, recreate them, and reassign them to the databases. Make sure to use the same password that's in your software's config file.
