[Solved] Dedicated Ip Is Shared With Other Users.

A while back I've purchased a dedicated IP to be able to install an SSL-certificate. The current SSL certificate will expire at the end of the month, so I've renewed it. It is installed in cPanel without a problem, but for some reason it will not activate.

The previous 2 renewals, using the same approach went without a problem, but cPanel won't activate the latest renew.

 

Error message:

 

The certificate could not be installed on the domain “lab22.tk”.

error : This IP address "216.218.192.174" is shared with other users. Because your server does not support <abbr title="Server Name Indication" class="initialism">SNI</abbr>, you must have a dedicated IP address to install an SSL-secured website.
