zyxel
I have the same problem. Can't log into cPanel despite l/p being correct (the same ones that worked and I never changed them)User: zyxelServer: JohnnySSL Also, I have a problem that I never could send outgoing emails to the Internet, using SMTP or Webmail. The email gets accepted for delivery (by SMTP or Webmail) and I can even send that email to myself (shortly thereafter it appears on my Heliohost's POP server and Webmail) but it never makes it out if it is addressed to any external mail servers (out there on the Internet). Last, but not least, my ping times to the Johnny server are on the order of 100ms but my cPanel load times are on the order of minutes. Why? Is this normal with Johnny? Is this normal with Johnny? If you need fast and stable service, we recommend moving to Stevie. As for the login issues, both of you should try a different PC and a different internet connection (like a cell phone on its data plan, or a friend's house). I don't see either of you in the block list, so it's likely something on your end. Zyxel, please make a new topic for the email issue so that can be looked into. zyxel
If you need fast and stable service, we recommend moving to Stevie. OK, what is the procedure for moving to Stevie?I'd like to do that first before I tackle the problem of "no outgoing emails" P.S.I tried logging in from other computers to no avail
wolstech
Johnny lives on the Charlie hardware which failed today. The server also hosts Cody, which runs our website. Normally we'd suggest deleting your account and signing up again, but you can't do either right now with our site and your existing server down. You can't log into your Johnny account, nor sign up on Stevie. The solution is currently to just...wait. I can't even do any admin stuff with that box down. The only people who can use their accounts right now are users who already have an account on Stevie.
zyxel
Allright - I will wait. Please note that I had dedicated IP on Johnny. Will that change on Stevie?
wolstech
You will need to ask for it to be assigned to your Stevie account.

wolstech
Make a new topic for it since I have to escalate that. Also, Heliohost.org is back up now, but Johnny is not (yet). You can register on Stevie if you want, but wait on deleting your Johnny account until he comes up (see here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/) If you want, just let me know here once you have the Stevie account and I'll take care of the Johnny account for you.
