jcpruett98 Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 I saw a previous post saying to change your password but that didn't appear to change anything for my hosting. My username is pruett on Stevie and my SQL has been down for a few days. I tried changing my mySQL user password just to see if that could do anything and I got this error: Although the system’s database map includes a MySQL user named “pruett_user”, the MySQL server reported that no user with this name exists. wolstech Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 The user must be deleted and recreated, not just get a password change. After you recreate it, make sure you assign it to the database again too.
