[Solved] Suspended: Sean

a. my HelioHost username: sean

b. the server my account is on: johnny

c. my HelioHost main domain :seanxiong.heliohost.org

Seems that my cPanel account is deleted because it says it cannot find my username but there is still a "Account Suspended" page in my domain.

That account does not exist.

 

If it was suspended or inactive for too long, the server probably deleted it to make room for other users. You're free to create a new account.
