Reset Account

Is it possible to reset my account? I have mistakenly deleted some folders in File Manager and am having ongoing problems, mainly with receiving emails both via webmail and mail client.

We have no way of resetting an account.

 

Our recommendation is that you delete your account: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete After that, wait 24 hours, then sign up again.
