I am assuming it's due to inactivity since I have been a bit busy and haven't logged in in a while. Well, that has happened before and I have had no issues getting it unsuspended on my own. But this time, I cannot even log into my cpanel, even though the password is correct. I cannot properly reset the password because after I get an email to reset the password and try to, it constantly sends me back to the confirmation page to enter the password reset code. To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
