[Solved] Unable To Sign Up For Stevie

I have been trying to sign up for a Stevie account, but I receive this error every time I click submit.

 

Is there something wrong with sign up right now? Is there anything I can do on my end?

I do not have any other accounts that I am aware of. Nothing should be linked to this username at least.

Another account in the system that was created about a month ago is responsible for the error. Byron or Krydos need to fix it though.
