[Solved] Help To Reset Cpanel Password

Hello customer service, i want to reset my cpanel password but the confirmation code does not seem to work, please help my user name is obodo69 and am on server stevie.

hello no need for the help, i managed to remember my correct password and it seems i used wrong capitalization in my username, so please do NOT reset my account password.

Glad to see you figured it out. And yes, you must type the username in all lowercase for it to work.
