[Solved] Forgot Password And Confirmation Code Does Not Work

Hi:

 

My account is pyepez, pyepez.heliohost.org server: Johnny.

 

I try to login to cPanel but i think i had forgot my password. When i try the "Reset password" option (and after few hours) i get a mail with a confirmation code, but when i use it, it never works. I tried this several times.

 

I had confirmed that my account is active.

 

I need your help because i really don't know what to do.
