I received an e-mail containing: "Your hosting plan at HelioHost has been discontinued for inactivity. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. The last time you logged in was 2016-02-13". I am sure I logged in on control panel on March the fifth. The same happened recently: I received an e-mail containing: "Your hosting plan at HelioHost has been discontinued for inactivity. I am sure I logged in on control panel on January the second of this year. I felt you might want to be informed about this. wolstech Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 What browser are you using? Also, how are you logging in? The form on our website or http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082 are the only two that count. Using HTTPS or port 80 will make it not count.
