I was able to login to my Account and able to use cPanel properly. But, when visiting the site, it shows the suspended page.

I'm seeing that as well. Says your active though and resuspending/unsuspending you isn't fixing it.

 

Can you rename or delete the .htaccess file in your public_html folder?

Have you tried to clear your cache and flush your DNS cache?

I can see "Index of /"-page with several folders.

Seems to be working for me now as well. As tjoene said please clear your cache.
