Hi. I reset my password through cPanel using the link in the email and it shows the password as reset but when I attempt to use the new password it I get a message stating that it is invalid. I've tried a few times and always get the same result.

 

The account name is smb563 and my account is on Johnny.

I've reset and tested a new password for you. Please check the email associated with your account for the new password.
