I Can't Change Cpanel Password

Hi,

I can't access at my CPanel account, because it says that the login is invalid. I tried to reset my password but it doesn't work: when I insert the confirmation code nothing happens. How can I login?

My CPanel account username is: naseri

You can't change your password because your account is suspended for inactivity.
